Land Sites Driven Forward by Insight
In 1991, John Hollenbach and Greg Oakley joined forces to help create the Blankenbaker Crossing Business Park, a 540-acre office, retail and industrial development near I-64 in suburban Louisville.
In 1997, John and Greg began work on the award-winning Eastpoint Business Center, a 700-acre development located in the oldest and most prominent area of the city’s upscale East End. In 2004, ground was broken on the first phase of Blankenbaker Station business park, a Class A 500-acre development, located in eastern Metro Louisville. Since then, the Hollenbach-Oakley team has been a leader in the region, overseeing the development of nearly 2000 acres of “Class A” commercial property.
Some projects have been built from the ground up. Others have involved renovation of existing facilities. All have had strategic vision as a foundation. We see the potential of a property, and our commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality assures that our vision moves forward, in sync with our clients’ needs.
