Eastpoint Business Center

Creation Gardens

Creation Gardens is a new project under design at the corner of Market and Shelby Streets, in the NuLu District of downtown Louisville. Their new 40,000 sq. ft. office/distribution facility will also provide retail services to the general public and include demo kitchens, conference rooms and a library.

Surgical Care Affiliates, SCA

Eastpoint Business Center will be the home of a new 20,000 sq. ft. surgery center designed and constructed for Surgical Care Affiliates. SCA operates more than 130 ambulatory surgery centers and surgical hospitals across the country with more than 2,000 physician partners.

Blankenbaker Centre

Located across from Southeast Christian Church, Blankenbaker Centre retail complex will feature a Commonwealth Bank & Trust branch, Zaxby’s restaurant and 17,500 sq. ft. of additional retail space.

Pleasant Colony

Pleasant Colony retail center offers space at the busy intersection of LaGrange Road and the 329-Bypass in Crestood, Kentucky, across from South Oldham High School. This four-phase development currently totals 20,000 sq. ft. and includes a wide mix of tenants. Hollenbach Oakley expects completion of Phase III by December 2010.

Alliant Technologies

Alliant Technologies LLC, develops automation system software and controls for the material-handling industry and has recently relocated to Eastpoint Business Center. Alliant’s Eastpoint facility has 27,000 square feet devoted to office use and 18,000 square feet for warehouse and distribution.
