Springstone

Hollenbach-Oakley is currently developing sites for new facilities in Austin, Houston, Phoenix, and Cincinnati. Development Consulting was commissioned by Springstone, a nationwide developer and operator of private healthcare facilities. Facilities are approximately 55,000 square feet and features state of the art accommodations.




Dixie Medical Center

The 44,037 square foot facility is a $2.5 million interior and exterior renovation of a former Circuit City retail location to convert it for medical use. Partners in this project are Ellis & Badenhausen Orthopaedics PSC, South Louisville Pediatrics PSC, and Horizon Commercial Realty LLC.




One MD

Construction Management was provided for this unique business based in their 6,500 square foot medical facility on Lime Kiln Lane in Louisville, KY. One MD is a practice providing 24/7 care by a physician whose patient load is limited to 300 patients, allowing extremely personal care and follow up. Hollenbach-Oakley completed this facility in 2007.

Blankenbaker Station

Blankenbaker Station is a "Class A" suburban development situated on more than 500 acres of natural, beautifully landscaped terrain. An abundance of first-class amenities, combined with direct interstate access, make this site a premier corporate destination. Current tenants include the Kentucky branch of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Norton Healthcare, Charah, Kelley Construction, PCA, VanZandt Emrich & Cary, Harshaw Trane, CitiCorp, Lincoln Heritage Council of Boy Scouts of America, and Hoops Basketball Academy, LLC.





Charah, Inc.

Based in Louisville, KY, Charah provides a complete line of ash management services Charah's 20,000 square foot headquarters located in Phase II of Blankenbaker Station Business Park. The facility is LEED-certified and was completed June 2010.

Van Zandt, Emrich & Carey

This Louisville-based insurance company built their 16,000 square foot center of operations in Phase II of Blankenbaker Station. Van Zandt, Emrich & Carey's Plantside Drive space provides capacity for about 70 people, gives the agency three conference rooms, and room for growth.

Alliant Technologies

Alliant Technologies LLC, develops automation system software and controls for the material-handling industry and has recently relocated to Eastpoint Business Center. Alliant's Eastpoint facility has 27,000 square feet devoted to office use and 18,000 square feet for warehouse and distribution.





Green Bull Ladder, A Werner Co.

When a local investment group purchased the property housing Green Bull Ladder's manufacturing facility on Bluegrass Parkway in Louisville, they contracted Hollenbach-Oakley to manage the cosmetic renovations. The 91,000 square foot facility needed the professional Construction Management services provided by Hollenbach-Oakley to keep the aesthetic projects within their budget and timeline.




PCA Pharmaceuticals

PCA invested about $2 million in their 40,000-square-foot building at 2600 Tucker Station Road, in Blankenbaker Station Business Park. The building, on 3.8 acres, will have the capability to be expanded by another 10,000 square feet. The company's new location allowed expansion from 155 workers in Louisville to closer to 200.




Blankenbaker Flex Project

Blankenbaker Station Business Park's latest construction project is scheduled as a two-building complex, comprising approximately 140,000 square feet, of Flex Space located in Phase II, along Plantside Drive.





Blankenbaker Centre

Located across from Southeast Christian Church, Blankenbaker Centre retail complex features a Commonwealth Bank & Trust branch, Zaxby's restaurant and 17,500 sq. ft. of additional retail space that includes Heine Brothers Coffee, Mellow Mushroom pizza restaurant, and more.

Commonwealth Bank and Trust

Commonwealth Bank and Trust (CB&T) is a privately owned bank based in Kentucky. Their Louisville, Kentucky headquarters currently operate 15 branches in Jefferson and Shelby Counties. Hollenbach-Oakley has provided Construction Management for their two most recent branches: 801 Blankenbaker Parkway (2010) and 4990 U.S. Hwy 42 (2012). Each branch is approximately 2,500 square feet plus drive throughs of brick and mortar construction with security reinforcements.





Zaxby's Restaurant

Zaxby's Restaurants provide prepared-at-order chicken in a casual dining atmosphere. Hollenbach-Oakley has provided Construction Management services for both Louisville locations; 807 Blankenbaker Parkway and 5025 Mud Lane. The 3,370-square-foot locations seat 90 in Zaxby's unique design - a bright, open interior decor complemented by custom vintage prints and school memorabilia. Zaxby's also offers drive-thru services to meet the needs of customers on the go. Zaxby's ranked number seven in the 2012 Top 10 Excellent Large Fast-Food Chains With 500 Or More U.S. Units Quick-Track study published by Sandelman & Associates.







Pleasant Colony

Pleasant Colony retail center offers space at the busy intersection of LaGrange Road and the 329-Bypass in Crestwood, Kentucky, across from South Oldham High School. This four-phase development currently totals 20,000 sq. ft. and includes a wide mix of tenants. Hollenbach Oakley expects completion of Phase III by December 2010.




Springhurst Towne Center

Hollenbach-Oakley, LLC provided Construction Management services at Springhurst Towne Center, in Louisville, KY, on a 27,000 square foot renovation of a former bookstore for their new tenant, Old Navy. Old Navy, a worldwide family clothing and accessories retailer, has been in business since 1994 and is owned by Gap, Inc.

Hollenbach-Oakley provided Construction Management services for a new retail building in Springhurst Towne Center.The building is 11,200 square feet and houses two tenants: The Vitamin Shoppe and Gengihs Grill. The 4,200 square foot Vitamin Shoppe is a specialty retailer and direct marketer of nutritional products . Genghis Grill-The Mongolian Stir Fry is a build your own bowl,fast casual,asian stir-fry concept in their 7,000 square foot space.
















Ellingsworth Lane Resort Apartments

The 398-unit luxury apartment complex, on Ellingsworth Lane in Louisville, will include three lakes, a clubhouse, garages and a pool. The high-end design of two and three story structures and club house will be comprised of quality materials that will include brick masonry and stone accents. The emphasis will be on providing elegant and durable materials that will create a lasting design with a color palette chosen for subdued elegance. A signature entrance and extensive landscaping will be designed in such a manner as to compliment the structures. Construction is scheduled to begin Autumn 2012 with the first units available for lease by Summer 2013.
