John P. Hollenbach

An 18-year veteran in commercial real estate, John is responsible for relationship development with clients, as well as site acquisition, financing, valuation and planning. With a keen sense of market dynamics and a penchant for seeing both sides of the investment picture, John has the unique ability to find the optimal point between risk and return.

John learned his trade by purchasing, renovating, leasing and selling properties in his native town of Louisville, Kentucky, where generations of his family have lived. Building on his success in the residential marketplace, he joined NTS Development Company in 1989 and worked as Director of Commercial Land Development. In 1997, he and Greg Oakley, a colleague from NTS, formed their own company.

John graduated from the University of Kentucky, with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and finance. He is a member of local and national professional associations and is active with several community organizations.
